COMMUNITY BUSINESS ACADEMY

If you are looking for a longer-term commitment to learning how to manage your business, The Community Business Academy (CBA) might be your best option. In this intensive 12-week course in basic small business management and planning, you’ll gain hands-on familiarity with the fundamental concepts, tools, and skills needed to plan and run a successful business.

This 12-week course offers hands-on training in business planning and management:

• Teaches business fundamentals like budgeting, marketing, bookkeeping and financing
• Classes are taught in both Swahili and English on week evenings and Saturday mornings
• Consecutive 3-hour sessions that meet twice per week.
• Offered twice per year, with four concurrent classes in February and September
• Classes are currently held in Mbeya Rural, and the City of Mbeya Township,
